Caution!
The action is irreversible once an ownership transfer is made. You will no longer be able to see the activities of the involved hardware after the transfer date. Activities captured during period of ownership remain unchanged and visible.
In the event that there is a need to change the ownership of hardware, users can proceed to do a Hardware Transfer to transfer the ownership of a hardware.
Create A Hardware Transfer Report
Caution!
Partner Reference Code will be required for a Transfer Report to denote the site that you will be transferring your hardware to.
To create a Hardware Transfer Report, you can:

1 | Head to ‘Transfer’ under Hardware Management | |
2 | Select ‘Create’ to create a transfer report | |
3 | View the workflow requirements | |

4 | View the instructions for the scanning of the Partner Reference Code | |
| ||
5 | Scan or type the Partner Reference Code | |
| ||
6 | If successful, the corresponding Partner will show and if the information is correct, ‘Continue’ to proceed | |
| ||
7 | View the hardware scanning instructions and select ‘Start Scanning’ | |
| ||
8 | Scan in the hardware to be transferred either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input | |
| ||
9 | Once you have completed, select ‘Finish Scanning’ | |
| ||
10 | Review the scanned hardware and ensure that any invalid hardware codes are removed before selecting ‘Next’ | |
11 | Review the Transfer Report and fill in any additional remarks and select ‘Finish’ once you have completed | |

12 | If successful, you can select one of the 2 options to continue
