Introduction
Hardware Filling is an essential part of CircularONE as users will be able to track the filling activity of their ecoTOTEs. This ensures that all product fills are documents, leading to a traceable end-to-end lot traceability.

Create A New Fill Report
Caution!
You will require the QR Code of the ecoPLANT and the Product Code for the Filling Workflow.
Please take note of the Filling Start Time, as you will be required to fill it in during the Report Review.
Ensure that all ecoTOTEs have been depleted before you start any fill, or the volume of liquid left in the ecoTOTEs are no more than 10 mL.
To create a new fill report, you can:

1 | Head to ‘Fill’ under Hardware Management | |
2 | Select ‘Create’ to create a fill report | |

3 | Select the scanning method to scan your ecoPLANT | |
4 | Scan in the ecoPLANT either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input | |

5 | If successful, you will see the corresponding ecoPLANT. Verify that it is the correct ecoPLANT and select ‘Continue’ to proceed | |

6 | Scan in the Product either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input | |
| ||
7 | Scan or type in the Product Code on the Brand Plate | |
| ||
8 | If successful, you will be shown the corresponding Product Information. Ensure that it is the correct product and select ‘Continue’ to proceed. | |

9 | Scan in the Lot Number either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input | |
| ||
10 | Scan or Type in the Lot Number on the Bulk IBC / Barrel | |
| ||
11 | If successful, you will be shown the Lot Number. Select Continue to proceed. | |

12 | Scan in the filled ecoTOTEs either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input | |
| ||
13 | Scan the ecoTOTEs either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input. Once you have completed, select ‘Finish Scanning’ to proceed. | |

14 | Review the scanned ecoTOTEs and ensure that any invalid hardware codes are removed before selecting ‘Continue’ to proceed | |

15 | Review the Fill Report and fill in all necessary fields (Filling End Time, Unused Partial Litres). Select ‘Continue’ to proceed. | |

16 | Proceed to confirm the Filling Report | |

17 | If successful, you can select one of the 3 available options to continue

Tip!
In the event that you would like to exit the workflow without your progress, you can proceed to click ‘Save’ at top right corner anytime during workflow to save your progress as a draft. You can re-access this later at the Fill Reports page, under ‘Drafts’.

6 | Scan in the ecoPLANT either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input | |
| ||
7 | If successful, you will see the corresponding ecoPLANT. Verify that it is the correct ecoPLANT and select ‘Continue’ to proceed | |

8 | View the instructions for the Weighing Scale Check before checking the checkbox to confirm that the Weighing Scale Check has been completed. Select ‘Continue’ to proceed. For Smart Filling Machines, this step can be ignored and you can just check the checkbox to proceed. | |

9 | View the instructions prior to scanning the Product Code and select ‘Scan Product Code’ | |

10 | Scan or Type in the Product Code on the Brand Plate | |

12 | View the instructions and check the checkbox to confirm that you have connected the IBC Barrel to the Filling Machine prior to selecting ‘Scan Lot Number’ to proceed | |

13 | Scan or Type in the Lot Number on the IBC Barrel | |

14 | If successful, you will be shown the Lot Number and you will be required to fill in the volume of the Total Incoming Liquid. Select Continue to proceed. | |

15 | View the instructions prior to scanning the ecoTOTEs and fill in the Filling Start Time before selecting ‘Scan ecoTOTEs’ to proceed | |

16 | Scan the ecoTOTEs either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input. Once you have completed, select ‘Finish Scanning’ to proceed. | |

17 | Review the scanned ecoTOTEs and ensure that any invalid hardware codes are removed before selecting ‘Continue’ to proceed | |

Manage Fill Report Attachments
To attachments in Fill Reports, you can:

3 | Select ‘Manage’ and select ‘Upload Attachment’ | |
| ||
4 | Select a Category for the image that you will be uploading | |
5 | Proceed to Drop or Click to Upload Image | |

6 | If successful, you will be able to view the image thumbnail | |
7 | Once you have uploaded all the attachments, select ‘Upload’ and you will be redirected back to the allocation report | |
Download Fill Reports
To download records of fill reports, you can:

3 | Select ‘Download’ and choose either to download the fill data in CSV or Excel format | |

Create A Hardware Group from a Fill Report
To create a hardware group from an existing fill report, you can:

1 | View any existing fill report | |

2 | Select ‘Manage’ and click on ‘Create Grouping’ | |
| ||
3 | Should there be more than one hardware type, select the appropriate hardware type that you would like to group. Select ‘Confirm’ to proceed. | |

4 | Review the hardware that are to be grouped together and remove any invalid hardware. Select ‘Next’ to proceed. | |
| ||
5 | Review the hardware grouping report and select ‘Finish’ to proceed | |

6 | If successful, you can select one of the 2 available options to continue
