Introduction
Users will learn how to monitor and manage hardware within their partnership. By using tracking and grouping features, they can manage their hardware fleet either individually or as part of a group. Users will have access to a list of hardware under their partnership and can view detailed information for each unit.
View Hardware List
To view all the hardware under your partnership, you can:

Manage Hardware Status
Caution!
For any hardware with ‘Idle’ status, there has not been any recorded events for the past 90 days.
There are three general hardware statuses: Active, Idle, and Inactive. Active hardware is in circulation and has had activity within the past 90 days. Idle hardware has had no activity for the past 90 days. Inactive hardware may be lost, retired, or inactive for other reasons.
To update hardware status, you can:

2 | Select ‘Manage’ and click ‘Update Status’ | |

3 | Select the relevant updated status for the specific hardware and click ‘Update’ | |
4 | If you have chosen ‘Invalid’, you will need to either select a reason or state a reason for the change of status | |

5 | Once you have selected the reason, click ‘Submit’ | |
6 | If successful, you will be redirected back to the Hardware Profile | |
Manage Hardware Attachments
To manage attachments tagged to a hardware, you can:

1 | View a registered hardware you own or have allocated to your partnership and select ‘Manage’ | |
2 | Click on ‘Upload Attachments’ | |

3 | Select a category for the image that you will be uploading | |
4 | Proceed to Drop or Click to Upload an Image | |
5 | If the image upload is successful, you will be able to view the image thumbnail | |

6 | Once you have uploaded all the necessary images, select ‘Upload’ and you will be redirected back to the hardware profile | |
Create Hardware Groups
Tip!
Hardware Groups allows you to apply actions to multiple hardware by using a Single QR Code.
Caution!
Only the same type of hardware can be grouped together.
Hardware can only belong to one single hardware group.
Group Codes have to be unique to each site.
To create a group for your hardware, making it easier to perform hardware scanning for features like Allocation, Fill, and Deplete without needing to scan each hardware unit individually, you can:

2 | Select ‘Add Action’ and select ‘Create Group’ | |

3 | View the workflow requirements | |
| ||
4 | Choose the type of hardware that you will be grouping | |
| ||
5 | Select the site that your hardware is at and select ‘Next’ | |
| ||
6 | Read the instructions prior to scanning the hardware to be grouped | |
| ||
7 | Scan in your hardware to be grouped either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input | |
| ||
8 | Review the scanned hardware and ensure that any invalid hardware codes are removed before selecting ‘Next’ | |
| ||
9 | Review the Hardware Group Report and fill in all necessary fields and select ‘Finish’ once you have completed your review | |
| ||
10 | Confirm to proceed with the Hardware Grouping | |
| ||
11 | If successful, you can select one of the 2 available options to continue

View Hardware Groups
Tip!
Empty hardware groups will expire in 24 hours and be removed from the system automatically.
To view an existing hardware group, you can:

Edit Hardware Groups
To edit details of a Hardware Group, you can:

2 | Select the ‘Hardware Grouping’ tab and click on an existing hardware group to view | |
3 | Select ‘Manage’ and click on ‘Edit Hardware Group’ | |

4 | Edit the Hardware group Name by typing a new group name | |
| ||
5 | Edit the Hardware Group Code, by clicking on ‘Update Code’ and thereafter scan a new Hardware Group Code or manually type in a new group code. If successful, the group code will be updated automatically. | |

6 | Click ‘Save’ once you have made the necessary changes | |
7 | If successful, you will be redirected to the Hardware Group Profile | |
Add Hardware to an existing Hardware Group
To add a hardware to an existing group, you can:

1 | Select an existing Hardware Group | |
2 | Select ‘Manage’ and click on ‘Add More Hardware’ | |

3 | Read the instructions prior to scanning the hardware | |
| ||
4 | Scan the hardware that you would like to add to the hardware group and select ‘Finish Scanning’ | |
| ||
5 | Review the scanned hardware and select ‘Continue’ | |
| ||
6 | Review the Hardware Group Report and select ‘Finish’ | |
| ||
7 | If successful, you can select one of the 2 available options to continue (View Hardware Group or Proceed to Hardware Tracking) | |

Remove Hardware from an existing Hardware Group
To remove a hardware from an existing Hardware Group, you can:
Steps | ||

1 | Select an existing Hardware Group | |
2 | Select ‘Manage’ and click 'on ‘Remove Hardware from Group’ | |

3 | Click on the ‘Delete’ icon of any hardware you wish to remove from the group and click ‘Save’ | |

4 | If successful, the hardware will be removed from the group | |
