Available on both Web/Mobile Browser and CircularONE Mobile App.
Introduction
Hardware will need to be registered to ensure that all hardware are linked to CircularONE. Users can view their past registration records as well as track their respective hardware activities as a hardware owner.
Register New Hardware
To register a new hardware, you can:

1 | Head to ‘Registration’ under Hardware Management | |
2 | Select ‘Register’ | |

3 | View the workflow Requirements | |
4 | Choose the type of hardware to register and select ‘Next’ | |
| ||
5 | Select the site that you will register the hardware to and select ‘Next’ | |
| ||
6 | View the Scanning instructions and select ‘Start Scanning’ | |
| ||
7 | Scan in your hardware either by QR Code, NFC or Manual Input and select ‘Finish Scanning’ once you have finished scanning | |
| ||
8 | Review the scanned hardware and ensure that any invalid hardware codes are removed before selecting ‘Next’ | |
| ||
9 | Review the Registration Report and select ‘Finish’ | |
| ||
10 | If successful, you can select one of the 3 available options to continue

View Registration Report
To view a Registration Report, you can:

1 | Head to ‘Registration’ under Hardware Management | |

2 | Select any registration report that has previously been created | |
3 | View the details of the selected registration report | |

Manage Registration Report Attachments
To manage attachments in a registration report, you can:
Steps | ||

1 | View any Registration Report and select ‘Manage’ | |
2 | Click on ‘Upload Attachments’ | |

3 | Select a category for the image that you will be uploading | |
4 | Proceed to Drop or Click to Upload an Image | |
5 | If the image upload is successful, you will be able to view the image thumbnail | |

6 | Once you have uploaded all the necessary images, select ‘Upload’ and you will be redirected back to the registration report | |
